Description
Sit comfortably while you meditate. This birch meditation bench allows you to sit comfortably upright in the heel or knee sitting position while you meditate. The seat, which is inclined slightly forwards, automatically tilts the pelvis a little forwards. This enables the back to stay in an upright posture while seated. The bench comes with a seat pad. The top of the pad is made of 100% virgin wool and the backing is made of natural-coloured latex.
