The Calm AromaStick contains a balancing fragrance mixture with bergamot, lemon, cedar, sage and vetiver oils.
Recommended use:
- Twist open, hold under your nose, alternately hold one nostril closed and inhale deeply through the other. Repeat as desired.
Durability:
- Lasts up to 6 months after opening.
