Description
GastroCleanse contains 425 mg of fibre per capsule in the form of Indian psyllium husks. It also contains activated charcoal, chlorophyll, and apple pectin as well as vitamin C and magnesium.
Recommended Use:
- take 4 capsules 3x daily with at least 250 ml of water
- or take 6 capsules twice a day with at least 400 ml of water.
Please note: Be sure to take Superior GL Cleanse with plenty of water!
